Service and Repair Process
- Get in contact with us and ask for Jim via the phone or email; from here we will take down general information about your product, your details and a dispatch number.
- Send us your product, collection will be discussed.
- As soon as it arrives you will be notified, a thorough diagnosis will take place and a report will be created along with an order number.
- Via email the price, delivery time and the plan of action for repair will be confirmed.
- The lead time for repairs usually takes 3-4 working days but for more urgent repairs of 1-2 days a premium rate service can be applied for an extra charge.
- as soon as a the repair is finished will be notified and your product will be packaged up and sent back out to you.
- Finally a post repair courtesy call will take place to make sure you’re happy with the repair.
