We guarantee the performance and quality of all goods we supply for a minimum of 12 months. If you feel you have a faulty product, please read our returns policy and complete with form below.

2) If it is determined that your product may be faulty, please pack and return to our works. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us, irrespective of whether they are faulty.
3) If the returned product tests faulty and is under warranty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible and shipped back to you. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent product. If you modify, tamper with or otherwise alter a product your warranty will become void.
4) If the returned product tests OK or has been modified, altered, tampered with, incorrectly installed or otherwise used outside the original scope of supply or application. We will supply a test report and quotation for repair, we will not carry out any further work until an order number is received. All goods will be disposed of two weeks from date of quotation.
