Linear Actuator

QBAT series linear actuators are motor-driven mechanical cylinders designed to transform the rotary motion of a motor into the linear motion of the actuator push rod. These actuators are designed for high-speed, high-efficiency linear transmissions. They can work with a push or pull load applied exclusively in the axial direction. Made using bevel gear reducers and recirculating ball screws, the actuators in the QBAT series are reversible under load so they must be driven by a brake motor.

General characteristics
• Aluminium housing.
• Spiral bevel gear reducer with 5 transmission ratios: 1:1; 1:1.5; 1:2; 1:3; 1:4.
• Rolled ball screws, tolerance class IT7; IT5 tolerance class ball screws available on request.
• Extruded aluminium protection tube with anodised finish.
• Chromed steel push rod, available in stainless steel on request.
• Wide range of front mounts.
• IEC motor flanges; brushless servo motor flanges available on request.
