Rubber Lagging Options

We can cover and produce many different types of conveyor and materials handling rollers from gravity rollers to large furnaces and heavy duty drive and idler drums. We can cover aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, and polypropylene.

You supply the shells and we can rubber cover from 3mm – any thickness (commonly up to 20mm) in a range of FDA food quality rubbers.

Profiled Lagging for Plastic Modular Belts

Specially produced lagging, profiled to suit the belt manufactures series of plastic modular belt.

Belzona Coating

This is used to provide extra grip between the conveyor and the drum motor.

Other covering options are:

Teflon coated drummotor and Blue rubber lagged drumshell with custom grooves
